With a background in Organisational Psychology, People & Culture, and Business Strategy, I’ve held roles as a Board Chair & Advisor, General Manager, Consultant and HR Manager. I have worked across many industries including IT & Digital, Healthcare, Construction, NGOs, and Retail. I thrive on helping businesses navigate change, develop their people, and implement strategies that drive lasting success.
Over the years, I’ve led initiatives that resulted in multimillion-dollar cost savings, high-impact leadership frameworks, and board-level strategic transformations.
